Handheld Theatre

Handheld Theatre is a new Theatre Company based in Lancaster, incorporating early years puppetry, theatre and music.

Vanessa Card; a puppeteer and illustrator and Fredrik; a musician and composer, have blended their skills to create thoughtful, beautiful and engaging family theatre. They have created puppet shows, theatre and workshops for reception and primary ages and are keen to develop new opportunities for young people to experience high quality creative work. Handheld Theatre has already collaborated with the Dukes Theatre in Lancaster, the Skipton Puppet Festival, Horse and Bamboo theatre in Rossendale and is supported by Arts Council England.
