Images of Children:
The safety of children is paramount, therefore please make sure your images submitted on this web site, or links to other images on your web site, are suitable prior to publication, e.g. do not publish images where children are inappropriately dressed.
Please always make sure you have the express permission of the parent/guardian to use the image. If you do not, you must ensure the visual is manipulated to ensure the children cannot be identified.
Images should be:
- At least 600 pixels wide by 600 pixels high
- Saved as a TIFF or BMP in PC Format (file size typically 1MB - 6MB) or
- Saved as a PNG (file size typically 500KB - 2MB)
- Sharply focused, properly exposed and clearly labelled.
- Prints should be scanned in and emailed to us for publishing. We cannot scan images or edit video clips for you.
Video / Animation / Audio Clips:
- All videos should be hosted on your own site with a link from your web site in My Profile or from your case study. In exceptional circumstances, short clips may be hosted on the Earlyarts web site (not exceeding 10 minutes) - please contact us for details.
- The same rules apply to videos of children as for images of children (see above).
