Mini museum explorers - The Magic Carpet - a project across three museums in Lancaster with families looking at developing stories within the museum. The magic carpet lands in the different museums and the children explore the artifacts that are found in the museums. Magical stories are built around the children’s ideas by Cath Hill and museum staff.

Healthy Heroes - a project for 0 - 5 year olds on encouraging children and their families to be active and healthy through movement, dance, sporting activities and healthy eating. This project has been run by Lucy Atkinson with staff at Appletree Children’s Centre and Nursery School.

Play for 0 – 5 year olds – Lucy’s Messy Play. Lucy will give you some creative ideas and insight in working with young children using sensory experiences. She has been working at Appletree Children’s centre with very young children and their families to show how messy play can engage children and help to develop their speech and language skills.
