* Filipa Periera Stubbs
Fillipa will be talking about the two year Forest School project carried out with Colleges Nursery children. She will be telling the stories of the children's experiences and the world they created within Milton Park, and highlighting the benefits of working creatively with children outdoors. The afternoon workshop offers practitioners the opportunity to explore and respond to the outdoor spaces for themselves with time to reflect on links to their own practice.
Fillipa is a creative practitioner who works with young people, families and early years educators in outdoors and forest school projects in Cambridgeshire. She has worked in a variety of education settings, museums and galleries. Filipa has always been, and hopes always to be, able to access nature as an ongoing inspiration for all her work.
* Chris Goodwin
Chris is a painter and sculptor working at Milton Country Park as artist in residence and ranger. He has a range of experience in community art and outdoor education and will talk about some of the projects he has been involved with. The afternoon will be an opportunity to work creatively with Chris in the outdoor environment.

A hugely stimulating day in rather ‘depressing’ times and yes the whole event helped to put our funding problems in perspective. Where there is will and such a collection of voices…there will always be a way … we just have to be more inventive and resilient too!
