I was very impressed by the enthusiasm that each activity leader displayed and their obvious commitment to present ideas that will inspire young children to use their minds creatively and imaginatively. This is not restricted to the visual arts but also incorporates the use of dance, movement and music. The activities we tried will also help to boost children’s confidence and promote the idea that it is the participating that is important not the end result – this is essential for young children. Participant, Engaging Parents PDD, July 2010
